Refund policy

At Shroudlet, every product is made to order with care. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we operate under a strict No Return, No Refund policy.

All Sales Are Final.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please review your order carefully—including size, design, and shipping address—before completing your purchase.

No Exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to this policy is if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. If this happens:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement of the same product. No refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the claim is made after 48 hours or if sufficient proof is not provided.
